IF YOU DO NOT GET A REPLY WITHIN 24HRS, that means either:

  1. I did not recognize your email as a customer. Please put TabTrax in the subject line.
  2. I sent a reply but you did not receive it because:
  • You gave me the wrong return email address
  • Your spam blocker blocked my email
  • Your inbox is full.
  • Your email is not receiving emails for another reason.

In 100% of cases where customers do not get return emails from me, it is because of one of the above reasons.

Please verify you or a friend can send an email to yourself at the email address you provided to me. If in doubt, have a friend whose email is known to work, email me. If you think my 2112design email is not working, please also try

There is no point in sending me emails saying “please reply to my email” or “if I don’t get an email from you soon I’m going to ...” if your email does not work. Also, there is no point in waiting a week then sending another email from the same broken email address. It is very frustrating for me and you. IF YOU DO NOT GET AN EMAIL FROM ME IN 24 HRS, YOU MUST FIX YOUR EMAIL PROBLEMS FIRST, I CANNOT CONTACT YOU IF YOUR EMAIL DOES NOT WORK!

If there is a problem with email and you need to call me, you can phone me in Thailand at 66-832808368 . From the US, dial 01166-832808368 in the late evening (after 9pm) and from Europe 0066-832808368 in the morning. Or you can email me with you phone number and I will attempt to call you.

I use the most reliable web hosting and email service in America (www.he.net) so you can be sure the problem is not on my side.

Recently I have had a lot of trouble contacting hotmail users, I assume because hotmail is blocking mail from my server. If you use hotmail and do not receive a timely reply, please try another free email provider such as google.

Customer service is my number one priority so please contact me if you have a problem. I want every one of my customers to be happy with TabTrax.
