Thanks for creating TabTrax! I have only had about an hour to play with it, but I already see that this program is going to save me hours of time.  I am building a hobby home studio in order to help my 15 year old son and a couple of his friends start a band and record a demo CD of the songs that he has already written.  I have Cakewalk Sonar, a midi keyboard, and a couple mics to get started with the "studio".  My son has been learning guitar for 2 years now (he is really quite good for his age), and I told him I would do what I can to support his musical interests.  They are also learning to cover their some of their favorite groups (Black Sabbath, Metallica) songs.

They don't yet have a drummer, so I said I could help them out by doing the drum parts from tabs I found on the internet.  I soon realized that manually entering drum tracks from tabs would be a hugely time consuming task that I really don't have time to do.  I found your program on download.com, and I bought it immediately.  I opened the Black Sabbath Paranoid drum tab you included, saved it as a midi file and imported it into sonar, it worked perfectly!  I was amazed!  My son now has drum tracks for many of the songs he wants to cover instantly available to practice guitar along with.

I saw on your web site that you are working on a new version that will support bass and guitar tabs. You said you could make it available to paid customers for beta testing.  I would be interested in checking this version out if you could let me know how to get it.

I just downloaded the full version of your software and I have got to say that it is the best there is out there.

I am not a drummer but a mere guitarist who has ideas about how my songs should sound. I have looked forever to find the easiest and most user friendly software and this leaves the rest behind. You have given me exactly  what I need. The drum sounds are the best as far as authenticity of a studio kit. I have  spent a small fortune over the years on drum loop CD's, drum machines other  drum programmes  without any real satisfaction at what I got which was  usually only more frustration after each purchase.

Once again thanks for ending what has been a frustrating quest for my  ultimate drum programme. It is easily worth double what I paid for it (  IMOHO ).
